  We stayed only 2 nights in Waldorf Stadium apartments hotel in Auckland city while attending the Cliff concert in Vector area which is only 250 m from the Waldorf Stadium. What a great Auckland location. Only 450 m from the railway station that we used to get into Auckland City, 600 m from Queen Street and 400 m from the water front area. The apartment we stayed was v - After a total of 38 hours of travel with 3 minors we arrived at the Waldorf Stadium in Auckland at 8 am wiped and jetlagged. I believe we arrived before our appartment was available but no one noticed that, and we got access to our room. Traditional hotels can be hell when you travel as a family of 5 and wan't to stay in the same room. The appartment at Waldorf solved that problem. We found the place reasonably spacy, very comfortable and ideal for us. And not to forget very reasonably priced. I

  We booked an extra day (prior to our original booking), originally we were not able to book into the same room, however when we arrived lovely staff had arranged another room so that we did not have to book out and back in again. We had an early morning shuttle scheduled on our return trip and they phoned the room 10 minutes before to confirm that we would be taking the shuttle. I got very sick and needed to see a doctor. They phoned to find a 24 hour clinic. I had a 2 bdr apartment and my mum in law stayed. A second carpark was organised and on check out no charge was made. The room was clean. I have stayed multiple times and this visit I found the standard all round to be vey good.
