  The hotel was undergoing alterations - it was a bit of a shock when we arrived as this was not mentioned on the website - we liked the staff who were extremely helpful, the reception staff were very efficient.   Very good all in one hotel with a bar/restaurant downstairs. Rooms are very comfortable and have a great shower/bathroom. Hotel is very clean and has a lift for people who need it. Front rooms have a great view. - Comfy room with a great view and friendly staff ;o) ill be coming back for sure!

  Great breakfast. Very tidy and Linda was very helpful. Easy parking outside. The canal view room on the first floor is particurly nice. Good cafes etc for diner in the evening.
