Everything. From the location at the edge of the central city to the decor, food, and especially the charm and friendliness of the host couple, this place is fabulous. This boutique B&B is a converted house that manages to maintain the charm of the original home while adding all the modern amenities. The room we had was bright and open, very large for such a central location, and used space wonderfully. The breakfast area was cozy and also quite roomy with an outstanding collection of optio.
所有评语 » Francine is an excellent host and made us relaxed and comfortable immediately on arrival. The hotel has lovely old charm features and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It even had an axpresso machine! Lovely touch we thought. The breakfast is excellent with cereals, fresh fruit, meats and cheese, and plenty of good coffee. There is a nice selection of wines in the breakfast area at very affordable prices and a lovely breakfast balcony as well. This very small hotel has an incredibly good service, as you receive personal attention by the owners who are resposive too all kinds of demands and questions. It is housed in a building from the early 1900's, and has high ceilings and large rooms. The breakfast is excellent. We arrived by car, which could be safely parked indoors in a private garage. So much nicer than the "chain hotels", this is a beautiful conversion of an old building right in the centre of the city. The rooms are lovely and very well appointed. The breakfast was also very good. The couple who own the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay even if it only was for 1 night. Would definitely book again. This hotel is excellently located in Nijmegen near to the center of town. It is a relatively small hotel in a fully new renovated charming old house. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet is excellent and offer fresh fruits and high quality yoghurts, bread and more. The staff is extremely helpful. The hotel was renovated in a tastful modern style with respect for the classical elements, in such a way that they reinforce each other. The atmosphere in the hotel gives a sense of welcome and comfort. Great location, exceptionally clean and well designed. Very comfortable rooms. Nothing, except that we could not stay longer!. It's not a criticism but guests would need to be aware that the stairs is steep, but that is down to the fact that its a renovated old building. Nothing, everything was pleasant. A caveat is that the hotel is housed at the first and second floor, which means climbing 1 or 2 stairs. Since the hotel is in a renovated old house you hear the noice from other guests entering and teh bathroom above (room was on 1st floor near to stairs and breakfast room) . A small inconvenience if you like a charming place to stay. the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Nothing. Nothing. Paying extra for parking Steep Stairs. None of the taxi drivers seemed to know of the hotel - best take a detailed map with you!. Could not find fault.
