  The friendliness of the staff, my little girl felt very good receiving little gifts from the staff and they were very fast. I cant complain and I would stay there again for sure!Its my second time already. - Bookings.com was able to provide us with a luxery room for the price of a normal room.  Use of pool and sauna is included in price.

  The front desk phoned us once we went to our room just to ask if everything was to our wishes - Although I had a printed confirmation, the hotel had no record of my booking. Fortunately there were plenty of rooms availkable. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful in sorting things out. They deserve commendation.

  The location was excellent, room good, staff helpful, plentiful and various breakfast - Everything was perfect. I could not imagine a better place to stay in The Hague.
