Our stay in B&B Amsterdam West was fantastic! Most of this success is the merit of the B&B owners :) We choosed their B&B on our Europe`s trip on the occasion of ours 20th wedding anniversary. Last time when we were together in 4-stars Amsterdam hotel in the center, we were not so contented as now :) Really! This time, we spent 5 days/4 night hosted by Kitty and Ralph in a very domestic and warm atmosphere. They are friendly, open and helpful in everything we asked for and we could .

TO have an idea of what will cost you : Ticket with return from schipol 6 euros p/person , we stayed there for 4 days and we spend 21 euros in a amsterdam pass. you can ride the metro tram and the bus. The house has a great location , 1 minute to the tram. The host's were so lovely and friendly with us, they respect our space as we did the same. I wasnt expecting so much "goodness" in B&B Asmterdam. I think this house offer's better Sta. Ralph and Kitty are a fantastic couple, they are extremely friendly and will make you feel at home. They answer all your traveller questions and will even make suggestions daily, based on what is currently going on in the city. The rooms are spacious and the beds are great. Both rooms have direct view to the canal with wild ducks, great for anyone who wants to appreciate nature right in the city. There is a little kitchenette with coffee, tea, microwave and a fridge available to guests at all t. Ralph and Kitty are great and very friendly,and their rooms are perfect for any traveller, you absolutely do not need a tv in the room, the design is great and the location too, me and my girlfriend absolutely loved it and will be back for sure. You absolutely feel at home. It is very clean and absolutely nothing to dislike, the rooms are spacious , the beds are massive. Would definitely recommend it. It's must stay in AMSTERDAM . Kitty n Ralph were really helpful n patient, we enjoyed the stay especially the breakfast. Only u stay in their house u can feel u r in Amsterdam. Tips:the location is not so near downtown, but still approachable, pls ask for transportation info before u go. It was very nice and cozy place to stay. The family was very kind and helpful with everything. Great breakfast, free parking and WI-FI, quite but still very close to the mains roads and public transportation. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you. The Hosts Kitty and Ralph were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfasts and just the best company. Room was great with a view to the canal. Didn't miss the TV at all. rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable big bed, nice view at the canal, agreeable bathroom (shared with the second room!), wonderful rich breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts. Ralph and Kitty were great and their bed and breakfast was so comfortable and amazing. Would definitely recommend it. Everything is perfect. We were so glad to be there. It´s a wonderful hotel. perfect!!. Even though it is not very important, the rooms don't have a TV. Other guests could make it difficult to sleep by talking loudly and making expresso late at night and the hall light shines too brightly into the bedroom. A room darkening curtain on the door would help. Nothing. shared bathroom. Nothing.
