I simply needed a room to sleep for a few layover hours between flights, it was very convenient. - The location is excellent, access to the airport by moving walkways rather than another scheduled bus or taxi ride. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning.
