This place was perfect for spending the night before departure. I arrived early on the day before I was leaving The Netherlands and while I understandably couldn't get into my room before noon, the staff stored my bags so I could go explore Amsterdam.
They have a very convenient shuttle bus to Schiphol so catching a train into the city is a snap.

Rooms are immaculate, albeit sparse...which is fine for a simple overnight stay. -
Co-located with more expensive Ibis and its restaurant, transportation
services. Better than most Amsterdam hotel rooms at twice the price, and
20 minutes from Museumplein / Amsterdam trams by nearby public bus,
or by hotel shuttle to Schiphol and train to Centraal Station. An
inexpensive, reliable quality way to visit Amsterdam and remain very
close to Schiphol for early morning /late evening travel.

The staff were really nice and helpful. When we checked in, the desk agent, named Naddy (sp?) was great. He made sure room was going to accommodate the four of us and all our luggage, and although he warned us of the huge climb to the top floor, we would most likely be happiest there. I imagine he was right. Although it was an attic-like room, it was suitable. Location of apartment is probably the best feature...also nice to have the breakfast food in the mornings.

The hotel staff were very friendly/lovely and very helpfull. Lovely hotel and the room was actually large. Hotel in nice area by Botanical Gardens (Horticus Botanicus) 15-20 min walk into city centre! I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was just perfect for my boyfriend and I and we both loved the bathroom and the bathroom shower! Amazing staff! cannot ask for more. In the request section I asked for a hand drawn giraffe on a napkin to be waiting in my room and sure enough I received it. In the morning the staff and I had a bit of banter about it as well and posed for photos with it for me. An amazing place. -
