It's the best hotel we lived in Nepal, there is a private bathroom and hot water, and the room we booked has a two side balcony with the view of Fishtail mountain and Fewa lake, and through the window we can see the mountain just on the bed! The staff were very friendly, helpful and patiently, pick up us from the bus station for free, and booked the paragliding and tickets for us, though we have many requirements and our English is not very good.

The food and service in the hotel was good, the rooms and toilets were well maintained and clean. The staff and management is friendly and helpful, provided wake-up service for the early morning trips, packed breakfast in clean and hygienic manner. Very nice hotel close to the lake.Nice room with excellent view of the mountain.The room we stayed at 422 had both side window,one side is mountain view & another side is lake view.very bright room with lot,s of sunlight.hot water all the time.very friendly & helpful staff.Great hotel,recommended!. The Grand Holiday has one of the most friendly and helpful staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. Also it is a great value with clean spacious rooms and, when it's not cloudy, a great view of the Annapurna'S. I would highly recommend this hotel. The host Mr Ramesh is very friendly, informative and helpful. All our requests were attended to promptly. We had a very pleasant stay there and will certainly recommend to friends. The people were very friendy and helpful! When our car to the airport was late they even offered to drive us there for free, because they were worried we would miss our plane!. Nice Hotel facing the Phewa Lake and Fishtail Mountain of the Himalayan Ranges. Relax with the nature's view @ the hotel balcony chair; sipping hot coffee. The positive experience -very clean rooms & bathrooms,nice mountain view from the room,hotshower was excellent & good wifi.good location.quite location. Its condition is better and clean than the most which we live in Nepal. Every rooms we booked have the moutain or lake view from the window. good relaxing place.sunny rooms with mountain & lake view.The roof top was great for taking sun bath&mountain view.recommended. Fantastic views of the mountains including Annapurna. very friendly staff , co operative .good exp . The helping attitude of the hotel staff. We booked the taxi to sarangkot for watching the sunrise in 5am, but we didn't find the taxi after waiting in the hall from 5 to 5:30, so we went by another taxi and pay more 500rs. Power supply is erratic, and most of the lights in the room were non-functional or of very low wattage making the rooms look gloomy in the evening. For the price - there was nothing I didn't like and have no complaints. Nothing. The road to the Hotel from the Main road is quite bumpy. bit far from the centre. There is a little far from the most prosperous areas. every thing allright. no elevator. electricity cut-off during day time. How much can you find something you like - but is not the point. I have not found it. no complimentary water bottle , no hot water flask heater . The layout of the dining room and cleanliness of the common washroom in the ground floor.
