Mehdi, the chief concierge will make sure you will have the best stay, planning everything you want to do and suggesting good experiences.   This is a beautiful hotel with great rooms, very comfy beds, lovely linen and a good sized bathroom. We couldn't fault any of the accommodation. Breakfast and lunch were both very good, didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening so cannot comment.
