  I searched for a while for a suitable hotel, normally my husband and I book into a 5 star resort or luxury self catering when we have the children (2,6) with us. This trip was adults only and I wanted accommodation that really represented the best of Morocco. Dar Sultan definitely delivered! Treats were left for guests each day and rose petals scattered about on the bedclothes. The rooftop lounge area gave good views. Location quiet and convienient. Included breakfast was to die for. Real care was taken for our every comfort. Very clean and charming house cat.

  it is such a beautiful place to stay, the lovely owner has taken such care to make every detail beautifully uniqur. i like that the rooms are all individually designed. its a nice quiet place to stay, and in such a great location buried inside the old medina. the roof is a lovely place to go, and if we had more time, i would have definitely taken ... 别人怎么说 » advantage of the calm above the bustling streets. breakfast was delicious served on the roof in the morning sun. a really lovely place, im looking for - If you want to immerse yourself in the local culture and people then this is for you. Right in the middle of the Medina, fabulous for shopping for ornaments, throws/blankets, cooking tagines, etc. People very friendly, but you have to barter and be prepared to say "no". If you are looking to buy something in particular, ask Rachid at the hotel; he was very helpful and actually took us shopping. Gilles, the owner very welcoming too. Would definitely go back.

  My friend and I had a great stay in this hotel. We had a lovely room and were so impressed with the staff. Mohammad was fantastic. He even gave us a walking tour around the city and took us out at night to Marina beach and a night club. The food is really good. Home cooked Moroccan cuisine. We wish we could have stayed longer! - First of all Abdul's hospitality, the best kind. The location the most suitable, at the core of a genuine non-tourist medina. Abdul was also introducing us to the curious story of the beautiful Riad, a recovered, very well taste recovered residence of a Dutch Consul. Beautiful environment and very confortable rooms. I would advise the Riad's cuisine with quite enthusiasm!

  Fantastic ambience. Good food. Very exotic rooms straight from the Arabian nights. Walking through the medina/souk was incredible and so much more authentic than other cites. - Perfect location for Medina and other sights Gracious hosts and staff.   I really liked Elias and his staff. Everybody was so nice and incredibly helpful. Twice we got lost, first when we got there, and 2nd when we went to explore the old medina and got all turned around, and Elias came to our rescue both times. I would highly recommend Casa Elias anyday! - The owner,Elias is the nicest person we have met in Morroco. It was freezing at the night in chefchaouen, but he brought us 2 heaters. He also helped us book bus tickets to Fez. The rooms were clean and we'll decorated, enough space for 6 people. Wifi connection was also fine. And from the terrace, you can see the fine view of the town.

  Incredibly friendly staff! They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable/happy. The bed & pillows were super comfortable & the shower had piping hot water. Breakfast was incredible. Probably the best place we stayed in Morocco & wish they were all like this.   While the Dar Bouanani was basic, it was clean, tasteful and well-located to the medina and beaches. A great place if you're on a budget and travelling with friends. Staff is friendly and helpful.
