  My wife and I stayed at La Perle du Sud for one night when we needed to make a last minute trip to Ouarzazate. We were pleasantly surprised by the place, it is nicely decorated, and we had a spacious and comfortable room with air conditioning.   We stayed in this hotel on our way to Merzouga and were nicely surprised by the beautifull room and friendly staff. The hotel owns a private parking and a beautifull garden/poolside which felt like an oasis. The room was really spacious and the kasbah looks mysterious. Basic but spacious rooms, the fact that they have their own parking and are located in the center of the city, make it a good option. It is located in a great location and the owner's young son took us on a walking tour through the farming fields to the nearby Ikelane Mosque and Jewish Quarter, which was very interesting and gave us a sense of the community.
