so peaceful, a real spot of tranquility away from the mad hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast on the roof terrace was wonderful and the staff were polite and helpful. Room was spacious and very traditional. the very friendly staff and owners and the food we had there was excellent we would stay there again nothing was too much trouble very helpful. Obviously an issue with the drains as quite often there was a horrid smell in our bathroom. Beds were quite hard and pillows lumpy, also would have been nice to have 2. Staff could have been a little more well informed about prices of entry to palaces etc.
