The breakfast was excellent, with home-made yoghourt. Our room Ouarzazate was on the ground floor, and spacy enough. The douche was large, and the water temperature easily manageable. The bed was large, and with a good matrass. The small swimmingpool was a pleasure. The terrace offered us the opportunity to dry some washed clothes. Agnès is very open-minded and easy-going. She woke up early in the morning to receive us after having arrived by the night bus from Rissani. My daughter and myself s.

The manager is a well-organised, warm-hearted French lady. She arranged a very nice and pleasant guide for us. The riad itself is beautiful, well designed and decorated and located in the hart of the medina. It is easy to find with the help of a local (e.g. a carrier for the luggage a 30 dh). The breakfast was also excellent (some extras as compared to other riads). if you want to stay in the old city,this is the place to be.the riad is hard to find as they all are,but Agnes the owner will help with a guide for 30mad.to get you there.Agnes was very helpful in all areas and the riad was neat and clean with large rooms and good wifi. The rooms are spaciouse and clean... The staff were really helpful and advisable We couldn't find any place that serves hubbly bubbly but they did for us even if its a bit late. The staff was great with us. The Riad was well located... difficult to find at first, but it's the game of finding it in the medina :) Rooms were very nice. The way to the riad may seem a problem in the beginning, but Agnès showed us on our first night how to maneuver throught the labyrinth of small streets in the Medina, and in fact it was easy to find. The breakfast was good but so little portions one piece of ban cake ,cheese ,bread ,kind of fruit and Moroccan dessert... Not always enough espically for people consider the breakfast their main meal... the cold weather.. we'll come back at spring :). Difficult to say because it's really a good place to stay. I'd suggest to improve the toilet/bathroom with better furniture. But it's really just to help them improving their Riad. Nothing. Shabby roof terrace Leaky toilet. This riad is a little "tired" and requires some upgrading. It is also in the centre of the medina. Staff were a great help.
