Our stay at la Bague was above and beyond our expectations! The riad is absolutely beautiful, very authentic, we felt more like we were living with a Moroccan family. The food was soo good and the staff was so generous and friendly. We would run in to Rachid in the medina and anything we needed he would help, a memory card for our camera, tea for a stomach ache, anything. Took us to an authentic hammam, sought out a traditional meat dish we had heard about but they didnt normally have on the me.
所有评语 » I liked the authentic decoration and beauty of Riad La Bague De Kenza court yard, very clean in very good condition, the open space large roof top with confirmable big sofas and tables for relaxation and socialization, where you can have full breath taking view of old town day and night. Hotel manager and staffs do business with ethics and genuineness. The manager is truly professional, informational, kind, warm, helpful, and treated every guest like a VIP, made us feel confirmable like we were. The location is perfect and that is very important in a place you don't know. The hotel is beautiful and the terrace in the roof gives it a huge value as it has spectacular views of the Medina where you can have breakfast with these margnificent views. People working at the hotel are really nice and they try to make your staying the best possible. Fabulous hospitality, lovely staff and great food. The staff really went the extra mile to make my stay pleasurable including a personal email on directions to the Riad and the offer of a met and greet service at the train station. Also every corner of the Riad is decorated as per the pictures. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. very friendly and helpful staff. They offer pickup service, check in mint tea and Moroccan cakes, and try to help you as much as they can. I checked out very early in the morning and they packed me some breakfast with me Amazing view in the terrace. All staff members were extremely nice with us. They prepared food for us late at night right after our arrival. They also arranged a car to pick us up and drop us at the station for free. The service was great. The hostess helped us really well (and speaks English). The Riad is beautiful renovated and the rooms are nice and clean. The roof terras is great!. Wonderful Riad in the midle of the Medina. Very nice, confortable place to stay a couple of days. Very friendly and helpful staff that makes you feel at home. The riad was very nice. the staff and food also were excellent. I recommend everybody for this incredible riad in the center of the fez medina. A very well-priced, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were always helpful and cuorteous. the riad is very clean and quiet and stuff were nice . the location is good after first time . The room was a bit small and there was some noise because of the machine which pulls the water up through the floors. The rest, perfect. the water in the 4-bed dorm room is not so hot. Nothing to complain about. the access to the riad was a challenge for best time visitor to fez. once you get used to the location is easy to find. Nothing. i couldn't pay with my credit card because the machine didn't work. wi-fi stop working when we really need it and we have to go in the new town to find a wi-fi spot just to find out the CTM bus hours .
