Excellent value for the price. Mostly friendly people. Efficient laundry done same day.
Very pretty Riad in a good location.
The place was difficult to fine, as many riads are but, once you found it, it was right in the middle of the action. The room was huge but the beds pretty uncomfortable (and I am not picky). They seem well intentioned but just not much help.

the location was good.
I don't think it would be too difficult to add a breakfast for the
price we paid. We paid the same price for accommodation in Marrakech and
Chefchouen and in both places we received a lovely breakfast.
The rooftop retreat is a joke. I think I read it wrong, because they couldn't actually expect people to spend any time there. I stayed at a riad in Marrakech and this area was wonderful. Not so here.
Foul smell emanating from the bathroom.
No hot water in room for 24 hrs.
No light in bathroom and as no window it became impossible to use.
Place is shabby and very tired. Curtains need attention. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper.
No staff around in daytime to assist with problems such as no light or hot water. TV did not work. No breakfast available at all. Staff made huge amount of noise screaming and shouting with each other.
It is significantly overpriced.
