  They provided us with a hot water bottle. Wish they had given us two. - It's location, easy access to the beach and port.The staff were friendly and helpful. It was good to be able to sit out on the terrace in the sunshine, although there was healthy competition for the sun beds!

  The location was good and it was very easy to find the hotel. The staff was very friendly - they gave us very accurate information about the town (shopping, restaurants, sightseeing). We also liked the breakfast on the nice roof terrace. And the wifi network was much better then in our 5-star hotel in Marrakech!! The roof terrace where breakfast was served provided good views over the medina, whil ethe breakfast itself was one excellent.   Casa di Carlo is the best choice in Essaouira. Ahmed and Rashed were very helpful and friendly. Our room was big and bright and was cleaned every day.
