The staff in this hotel, particularly on the reception desk, where very unfriendly, they provided no information on the hotel, surrounding area. When we asked questions during our stay we found the one gentleman on the desk very unhelpful and spoke to us like we were annoying him! We also requested a double bed and were assigned twins.
