  We just got back from our trip and stayed at Santa Matia Hotel. We stayed for 7 night. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very freindly. Our room was very large bigger than any one we had when staying at an all inclusive. Very large shower for 2. The room had a microwave 2 burner stove sink and a bar fridge. For breakfast it is ok, but go dining in the nearby restaurants up the street towards town. There's a big supermarket and a Starbucks opposite the area.   We spent one night only as a very convenient place near SJdCabo airport. The staff was great as was the food and entire facility. Their shuttle service was right on the money and I'd not hesitate to stay there again. Let me repeat, it's near airport not San Jose del Cabo city. - Very clean, new, and comfortable.
