  First of all, we arrived on Friday and directly, we received a glass of champaign. The staff was so friendly. Then, we went with the butler to our room... A beautifull room like a dream, a paradise... We took the suite with ocean view. The room was huge, enormous. It was very clean. The housekeeping came twice a day.   All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent.
