  First of all, we arrived on Friday and directly, we received a glass of champaign. The staff was so friendly. Then, we went with the butler to our room... A beautifull room like a dream, a paradise... We took the suite with ocean view. The room was huge, enormous. It was very clean. The housekeeping came twice a day.   The staff are very friendly, and I was really happy with my stay. I would most definitely recommend staying at Hotel Casino Plaza in Guadalajara. They offer great competitive pricing without compromising service or how clean everything is in the hotel and/or rooms. The rooms are very big, clean, and the whole hotel smells nice.   The room and the patio were awesome......everything in the suite was new and clean..incredible views from the restaurant and bar on the top of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating...will definitely stay again next time we are in PV. - The staff was wonderful, helpful and courteous.   The food was great. The staff were great. The beach was excellent for beach volleyball. The pools were warm enough to swim in. We had a ground floor room which made it easy to get to/from the pool, the beach, and the buffet restaurant (The Market). The bed was extremely comfortable!
