  The staff are very friendly, and I was really happy with my stay. I would most definitely recommend staying at Hotel Casino Plaza in Guadalajara. They offer great competitive pricing without compromising service or how clean everything is in the hotel and/or rooms. The rooms are very big, clean, and the whole hotel smells nice. Localization- 5-6 blocks from zocalo- 10 minutes (or less) walking, new building 2. big room with two 140cm-wide beds. 3. safebox in the wardrobe, good wifi speed, aircondition. 4.Helpfull staff speaking good english ( we do speak spanish but for some tourists it is important) 5. nice small patio next to the restaurant. 6. new elevators. 7. very clean rooms and corridors. 8. good value for money

  The food was great. The staff were great. The beach was excellent for beach volleyball. The pools were warm enough to swim in. We had a ground floor room which made it easy to get to/from the pool, the beach, and the buffet restaurant (The Market). The bed was extremely comfortable!
