  Staff was helpful as best to their authority. There is a lot of areas to sit, relax or sunbathe and eat/drink. I like the size of our room. - the staff was superb, stunning views, beautiful hotel, gorgeous young people waiting on you. the food was excellent.

  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent.   I would like to thank the staff of El Tapatio for taking care of my mom on her stay. An unfortunate incident occurred, my step father passed away at the hotel and the caring staff had so graciously, been a comfort to her. - The restaurant food was delicious and the staff very friendly, they accommodates to our needs.
