  Staff availability & friendliness. Very good internet connection. We had a room with a fridge. Coffee offered @ the bar in the morning. No restaurant but had lots of options nearby.   The staff was really friendly and helpful at all times. It's only 5 minutes walk from the nightlife in Cabo, and about 10 - 15 minutes to Mango Deck which is the party beach during the day... Plus close to the Marina and shopping plaza... The room was always clean and we had a very good service and the staff were very friendly. One day we did not make it to the free breakfast before 10:30 but then they opened the kitchen for us so that we could take what we wanted:)

  The room was cleaned daily and it was done well. The location was 5-10 minutes from the downtown strip. The kitchenette was great with a stove and fridge. There was a security person at the hotel and it was secure at night.
