This is a sweet, intimate hotel. Don't bother with the all inclusive deals (the restaurant is a block away and serves appalling cafeteria style food -- e.g. sausage casserole... need I say more!). Just enjoy the room, the wonderful staff, the incredible pool in the inner courtyard with the biggest mango tree I've ever seen hanging over the top, and the many local restaurants and cafes. I love Puerto Vallarta and this is my favourite place to stay.
所有评语 » It's a wonderful location in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta, MX and is right on the most famous beach. Has colonial Mexican charm and the employees were delightful. It' a great contrast from the modern high-rise resorts and condos in different pats of the PV area. I liked the first few days as it seemed to be quite and relaxing, It would be nice if during the winter months you would make this an adults 21 and over resort. Also I stayed in room 107 and I want to say what a good job she did. I believe here name was Mariana. hotel location was great - very convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable. Hotel was not teaming with people like the sister property, Playa Los Arcos. Location, We did not go for the all inclusive as we were right where every one has to take a Taxi to for dinner or a walk along the Malacon. Great resturants right there Friendly. We like everything the hotel staff is profesional the location is great! And the apearance of the hotel is wonderful. I will recomend this place to everyone. Practical 'no frills' hotel is an excellent downtown location. Francisco at the front desk was very accomodating. I love the location the price and the appearance. maid service. The rooms could probably do with some renovation. They're a little musty (comes with the climate) but nothing is unpleasant enough to detract from the fun of spending a night, or a few, in this sweet hotel in this great part of town. No dislikes at all. The last 3 days of my stay familys checked in and their kids ran wild and screaming at the pool with no supervision form the parents to control them. Older people were leaving the area as it was no longer peaceful and the staff didnt seem to care. Just my thought. I would probably look at a facility like Buena Ventura as at night it is very peaceful and quite.And during the day the parents seem to control there kids. Location of rooms - no privacy. Our room's balcony overlooked the street and right across was the sister hotel, Susanna, and balconies looked directly onto each other. there are two different type rooms. I got different storys on which was which. We had booked two junior suites and had two different rooms. Does the Jr suite have a seperate bedroom? I still don't know if we overpaid or had a upgrade for one room???. front desk , hounded me about guest , being there single, and for pleasure they made it difficult to enjoy the room . the hotel was empty and I did not disturbe a soul , just wanted adult pleasure in my room . also my ankles itched , bed bugs or fleas.
