  Service was excellent. Rooms were good size and clean. When we needed to fix the air conditioning. Needed new battery in the control, it was sorted in five minutes.   We loved our stay at xtilu. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable, bright, and clean. The included breakfast was delicious! Security is taken very seriously- the front door is always locked. This made us feel very safe.

It was one block away from Santo Domingo, one block away from the Avenida Turistica, and 3 blocks away from the Zocalo. Perfect walking distance to everything! The hotel itself was superbly clean and the staff was extremely nice. I did eat at the hotel, and the food was authentic, tasty, and decently priced in comparison with other restaurants in the area. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Oaxaca.

  I was pleasantly surprise by the hotel. Beautiful decor, romantic. Please note that we stayed in a suite on the back of the building, which was very convenient because there was a lot of noise in the streets. I didn't mind that there were no windows.   The hotel is located very close to the main square and the sights. Internet is reliable but would benefit from a booster (see what we didn't like).
