The hotel is new and neat, room and bathroom very comfortable - the ac and particularly the internet in the room worked great! (The latter is hard to find) The best of it, however, was undoubtedly the staff. In particular Erica and Andrés at reception, who are very friendly, professional, and had quick and effective solutions for several things that came up during my stay. Also, the chef rocks! Very interesting style of avant garde Mexican cuisine..highly recommended!.
所有评语 » 1. well run, helpful friendly staff, spotlessly clean, big comfortable room and bathroom, everything worked in the bathroom, wifi worked all the time and properly, good in-hotel restaurant and bar (also used by locals), safe and quiet area, lots of shops, bars, a big good gym, cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. The extras such as complementary wine on the roof at lunchtime, foot massage, etc were very appreciated after a long days sightseeing in Mexico City. The location in condesa was superb for bars and restaurants and was very safe. The atmosphere of the place. It is a remodeled building from the late 40'S. The service feels more personal; returning there at the end of the day feels more like getting home, compared to the big chains. It also has a restaurant with an original and interesting menu. Erica was fabulous! Loved the design of the rooms. Modern but cozy! Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. This hotel is great for the money!. It's a lovely small hotel with a great staff. They really take care about you being well. Nice room. Nice Bathroom. Nice Restaurant. Nice Location. This hotel was Fantastic!! - Small boutique in the heart of restuarant area. Staff could not have been more helpful - EXCELLANT. A lovely hotel in a nice neighbourhood. Plenty of interesting restaurants and cafes near by. Pleasant staff, amazing rooms and shower. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant is really excellent, with a very creative chef. i liked the friendly staff, the service and the facilities. Modern rooms Large king size suite Comfortable bed. Good location. In general nice helpful staff. Very nice + friendly personel. Some noise from the streets can be heard at night and early in the morning, but bearable. There was also cleaning stuff lying around in the way at the bar in the lobby during the day, and right outside the elevator up at the bar in the terrace...you should probably get that out of the way. nothing to put in this section. That breakfast wasn't included. There is nothing I did not like, but I observed there is not a lot of parking space. That would not bother me, since I would not consider driving in Mexico City. I wish the rooftop bar was open for regular service and not just private events. On Sunday they did not have laundry service. But everything else was Awsome. Nothing!!!!!. Nothing to complain!. Nothing!. the shower door didn't close that well so water got out. Poor noise insulation Water pots taste of coffee Water system noisy Sounds of traffic. Area is more expensive than other parts of Mexico city.
