  This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. It had an en-suite kitchen which was great, and the bathroom was enormous. The entire facility was immaculately clean.   Hotel staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The food was great in all the restaurants and had many options and variety. The swimming pools were nice and the gym had good and new equipment.   The rooms are very large, luxurious and clean. The resort has a very nice architecture and size as it is reltively small compared to others. The food in the restaurant is excellent and other faciltities like the laundry and supermarket were very useful. Beach and pool are very nice and very suited for little children. Строился этот 4-эта - We stayed for 5 nights, the best beach, have been to Cancun several times and if any remember the old Sherton, that is what part of the beach it is. We upgraded our room to oceanfront and we had a whole suite would sleep 4 or 5 people. Only the main building has an elevator. The staff very friendly and helpful. They charge for wifi and say you can get in the lobby bar, we never could. If you walk down the botton of the hill a little resturant called Tacun very good food cheap and free wifi.

  Good value for money in the Cancun area. Very comfortable. Very nice pool area. Helpful concierges. Enough palapas for all guests. Very nice beach. Not exactly in the heart of the "zona hotelera" but very close to it, a 10-minute bus ride. We didnät have a wineopener in the room so when we called to ask if they had one we could use they quickly sent an old - The location of Casa Maya is ideal, right between touristy Punta Cancún and downtown. We walked along a fair amount of Cancún beachfront, and Casa Maya was located along one of the best stretches, with calm seas and a broad beach with fine sand. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent, as was the room service food.
