The restaurants were very good, the service a bit slow but the quality of the food excellent. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and landscaping were good. I travel a lot and I'd say the Lucerna is a very nice hotel.

Quick service by a friedly staff. Very comfortable and clean. Close to shopping locations and close to the border. Drapes cover the light form the outside completely. When requesting room service it arrive in a timely manner and still at the temperature it required to be.
