  We had the pool terrace room which the kids fell in love with as the pool is right outside our room. The deck outside the room served as a wonderful place to relax and watch the kids swim or to sip coffee in the morning or evening. The staff were friendly, especially the cafe staff. The pool was very clean with nice view. T - Check in was hassle free and fast. I left my iPad at concierge and didn't know until I finish my bath upstairs only to find my iPad was missing. Called the frontline desk to help me look for it as I remember leaving it downstairs. Viola, my iPad was found and really thanks to the staff for helping me to keep it for my collection.   The excellent welcome we had and the good meal in the poolside restaurant. The Manager was very hands-on and had initiated a programme of refurbishment. The pool was very nice and the views over the Straits from the front of the hotel were lovely. It appeared to be a popular hotel for business and families. It also has a weigher so you can check your luggage(s) weight if you have a flight after that. Really great hotel since it's relatively cheap if you look to what you get. Overall, this hotel looks good and clean.
