A very nice receptionist/customer service, offered us a better room at the beach side even if it was only for 2 nights. A very helpful person. We enjoyed staying at Malibest Resort. Good location, Convenience, near to beach, shops and restaurants. Big family room. free wifi. clean and convenient. The location of my room, it's on the beach. My room really near to the beach. While I'm going to sleep also can hear the sound of the wave which is very pleasant and give the real mood to relax.

Clean and very spacious room. the location for the hotel is good, it is near to complex. Its near to the beach although is a walking distance. location consider as not bad, room quite big. On Cenang beach, location great... Big rooms. Good location on Cenang, large rooms. Place very nice near the beach. position ,position ,position. Big room and clean. Close to the beach. very good location. value added. If your're not asking more besides BEACH.. this is your choice. Near to Cenang beach and is "hot place"....Good location!!. location right on the Cenang beach. the location right on the beach. in the main street. None. Nothing. I don't understand why hotel guest cannot enjoy hotel's property or facilities at the beach, such as umbrella or bench???. kettle not working. Power socket not earthed, power leakage when using computer. Didn't provide breakfast Air cond not cool enough. Difficult to get lunch at that area cz most of the restaurant will open at the evening and expensive. And the resort didn't provide breakfast. Everything is old~~ the lock of the door isn't very tough. but....it's ok... Some rooms are noisy. Prefere private Bungalow on the Beach even if this need 10 Euros more. mess on a courtyard, cars parking everywhere, nearly driving into hut's door. Definitely, not a place to spend time in the room - just sleep there and run away. parking lot is only a fews. it causes trouble when looking for parking. The bed got bedbug but luckily they change the room for us. staff, toilet cannot flush, bedsheet dirty. Not fresh looking, rooms on the other side of the road, bathroom needs some attention... Staff were not very helpful. water very slow sometime don't have water to take shower. Facilities not good, furniture must change and water heaters not functions. unfortunately we were in a unit across the road. Water supply too small. No hair dryer provided. It was not beach front but across the road from beach which seem a bit misleading The tv is 20 yrs old Toilet flush leaked all night Old furnitures. room facilities not good. - door of the wash room. There's stain on the towel and bedsheet. Toilet is dirty. Reception counter staff not friendly.Request for seaview room but get the room opposite to Cenang beach. Need to cross the road.No bathtub. Different from the photo. No daily change towel, bed sheet and comforter. Really disgusting... Disgusting!!! Sheets were already slept in, bathroom very dirty!!! Brown smudges on walls(what could it be?!) NEVER AGAIN!!!. i didnt like d room..room was smelly..bathroom dirty..toilet not flushing....i juz like d beach..convenient near d beach.. I stay for 4 days 3 night. Housekeeping service is totally bad. Towel remain unchanged although i already call for room service. Bed Sheet is untidy. Overall is bad. Poor service, need to call cab and drag luggage by myself, like the backpacker style but call themselves a "resort". The room smell was bad , furniture is very old , there was a tea kettle but no tea or sugar , no spoon , or any tools and they had 2 old and dirty glasses.
