  We were a little confused on arrival as the hotel did not appear to have our letsbookhotel.com reservation but on showing our confirmation things were soon put right.   Mahkota Hotel is always our choice whenever we make a trip to Malacca. It is a very family friendly hotel and we like it very much. However, the hotel should put more effort to upkeep the rooms and some of the staff are not so friendly but if your are lucky enough, you will be entertained by those staff who are so friendly and customer oriented.... 别人怎么说 » Food and facilities are good. - The check in staff were very friendly and helpfull. The location of the hotel is excellent with only a short walk to the main attractions of Melaka. The grounds and facilities of the hotel were great , my kids loved the pool with the water slides.

The rooms are definitely spacious and well-maintained. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good spread for buffet breakfast but after coming there for about 4 times, the spread are basically the same.
