  We stayed here as a family for 2 nights at the end of September. Check- in went smoothly, staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had 2 x 1 bedroom apartments in the Residences and the views were great from the 30th floor.   The warm and friendly welcome when we arrive, we have used this hotel for the last three years when in KL. Hot water is on tap for coffee/tea making (provide your own ingredients) cold water too. Lounge area on first floor, and though check out is at twelve they do allow us a room to take a shower if we are on a late flight.
