  We like the design and comfortableness of the room. It was totally surprising us as it was much more nice-looking interior design, and provided a very home-like feeling to us, different with the room we stayed last year. The breakfast was also tasty with quite a variety.   Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around. It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime. The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life. All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.

  We are a family of 6 from Australia. Family own run the hotel, feel very welcome, excellent location for food, entertainment, shopping and city sight seeing. A walk to every where.   The hotel is in a very good location 3 minutes to Monorail. The staff were quite freindly. At the first night there some cockroaches in my room. I asked the reception, they have changed my room with a room which was 2-3 times more expensive than mine. So please dont be shy!! - Good location and good view!   Location of hotel is in Chow Kit which is famous for the morning pasar/ wet market. It is a few mins walk there from hotel. Other than that, there is generally nothing much to do in Chow Kit as the major/popular shopping malls are located some distance away. The nearby MRT station provides good accessibility to these areas though for those who do ... 别人怎么说 » not drive. There are limited parking lots in front of the hotel and I would say it is generally safe to park your car there as there is a guard statio - The staff were delightful and couldn't do enough for us. The room for a really good size for 3 people with a view of the local market, mosque and the Petronas Towers in the distance. Fantastic location virtually opposite the monorail so easy to get to from the airport (via the KLIA Ekpress). Interesting area with lots of shops, restaurants. The market down the side street was an amazing experience - don't miss this! This hotel is highly recommended.
