  Made booking on line on the same day check in. Was impressed that check in was fast and without hassle. The King size bed was very comfortable. Convenient location, East Coast mall just across the street, many good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast buffet. And my wife really like the hotel shampoo because it made her hair smooth unlike shampoo from other hotels that we stayed. Will make a comeback to this hotel if we visit Kuantan again.

  I liked the room, neat, large and clean. Bathrooms are also very comfortable, this is my second time stay here with my family.   Staff is just awesome! Hayatt is my favorite here in Malaysia as far as service is concerned. Location is perfect: Telok Chempedak is a natural beautuful bay, the beach is clean in spite of the fact that public beach has no visible birder with the hotel.
