Receptions treat customer smile and respect, location very good,the staff very concern what customer required n feedback to customer when their vehicle having alarm anytime and go to check up together with customer to make sure customer safety. - Clean - Cheap - Quiet - Friendly, helpful staff - Good, cheap Indian eatery downstairs. Room was clean, nice, bright. Helpfull staff. Close to center.
所有评语 » Good location, not expensive, near to Embussy of Indonesia. it's very near from the KLCC and all shopping centre... location is good. good services. basic offer. keep it up on your business. Location is very good. Everything. location. -Air-Conditional is very powerful. -I like they provide windows room. -Pricing 79++ per day is reasonable. -Less than 5 mins driving distant have variety Chinese street foods. -Earlier checked in an hour did not charged us. (I'm happy for that) -Fast Check out. The Driver of the hotel showed warm hospitality by transporting us even after the office hour by his own vehicle. The little service could enhance guest satisfaction during the stay. Overall, it is recommended for budget stay, since it is still new. Some of the rooms was well design but one or two rooms need to refresh the design / backdrop colours. Within walking distance to the heart of KL. Shopping, food - gourmet or economical. Easy access. It's walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shopping malls. Clean room. Good, cheap restaurant next door. Walking distance to nearby attractions. ok for the price, clean, comfortable bed, close to the center,. I like the hotel location because its nearest to city center. Budget, friendly and locating near shopping malls. like the chocolate & coffee shop nearby. near by main shopping life area. Reasonable. Good service. Clean comfortable room. Staff and location. Great Location. room is clean. Hotel was a bit out of the way and in a run down area. Most of the basics you needed were available and the room was clean enough, good WiFi and use of computers in the lobby was good. The toilet in our room was broken and would run all night, was very noisy and sometimes wouldn't flush, this was really annoying when you wanted to sleep and the pipes were going hell for leather. Ok hotel but pay more for a better area if you can afford it, hopefully you'll even have a footpath!. Low price and free wi-fi. Near to many places. Close to the center,have free shuttle bus on certain time everyday except Tuesday. There was an india cafe beside hotel...unfortunately we are pure vegetarian and have to walk to mall and buy. We can walked from hotel to FenLunHai88 Shopping mall,Lot 10 etc... just need concern at showers because sometimes heater mulfunction. It was not so easy to find. And surrounding streets are not very friendly.). Small toilet, which is combined with a shower. room is smelled. Shuttle service are very poor they told, they have for airport and other important location. and it starts at 10 AM. Don't like the bed because it isn't well balanced so when i slightly move a little bit the bed will sound. bed room tax. 1) Toilet cleanliness need to be improved: -Toilet's door has moldy -Basin silicone sealed has worn & teared which became black color. (A bit irritating) -Basin underneath pipe also a lot of stains. -Shower handle can't even stand properly due to bracket loosen. -Provide heater pot but the electric plug is too far away. -Limited parking lots. The room design is too awkward. Second, it can well-position the furniture better. 3rd, the air con is not cold and automatically turned off at the mid-night. Should well-maintain the cleanliness. Room 106 and 108 (other floor / level as weel ) had the bathroom detached and looks very okward. Need to do something to improve the ally @ walkway from the room to the bathrooms. Too crowded with tourist buses visiting the chocolate gallery so much so the road is quite congested but then for that price, can't complain lah. Staff wasnt very friendly. They were also smoking in the corridors, so cigarette smoke smell almost all the time at the room too. Shower and toilet is very small, have to shower over toilet. v. small room without window. The hotel has no elevator. tv channel limited. v. bad to find out at first time . tricky location. Could not understand why calling it a boutique hotel. Staff spoke very little English. No water was given complimentary unlike everywhere else we have stayed. Took ages to check-in and out. Got woken up at 9am with drilling in the room next door. I rang the reception who seemed to find it funny and said they were renovating. I told them people are here on holiday and should be allowed to sleep whenever they want. She agreed to make them be quiet until 12 but it was still ridiculous. maintenance. Could do better in maintaining cleanliness, even for the budget price. Very limited eatery places for options, only an Indian Restaurant which i would rate 3 out of 10 and the hotel resto which im not too sure what they serve and what operation time they have. All in all it was somewhat a "so-so" experience. Painted walls, broken sink, no toilet soap and shampoo, no windows in the room, unpleasant smell in the wardrobe. There was cigarette smell. The location. Far from shopping complexes. The conditions of the property were not very good. We heard guest's voice outside room is very clearly. No Lift,but they will helping us to bring our luggage in our room. :).
