The location of the hotel and suites was excellent for our 1st trip to K L . Our family suite on the 33rd floor in the East Tower had excellent views of the city , Petronas Towers , K L Tower and surrounds. Looking out our windows both day and night was a delight. Vicky and her staff were very helpful at all times and must be commended for their excellent and prompt service for any of our needs. Our suite was like a home away from home , having 2 spacious bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 teenage chi.
所有评语 » Location is great! Being in a large shopping complex and a short taxi ride to anywhere in city was fantastic which meant less time traveling and more family time. The signature suite is spacious and view spectacular. The manager Abu Baker Sadeeq went out of his way to make us happy and comfortable during our stay. As well as helping us check out early morning. Kitchenette handy! Swimming pool, laundry and health spa also available and useful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Communication good. . Overall, this stay at Times Service Suites exceeds our expectation. Both adults & kids enjoyed this stay very much. I would strongly recommend family guest in particular to stay here - one stop paradise for entertainment & food as well as relaxation. The room concept is modern with spectacular view of KL City. I love the view from the room. The room was really clean and well organized. The kids love it. Really comfortable and worth staying with your family and your loved ones. Will definitely be back soon with my friends and family. The staffs who has entertained us were also friendly and very polite. Views were AMAZING, they upgraded me to a Premier Suite on the 40th floor, with direct view of Petronas Towers. Hotel Staff were execellent, helpful and obliging, amazing swimming pool, connected to Shopping Centre which also had direct access to Monorail. Hotel Security is Execellent. Free WiFi. 1. The location is very convenient for shopping and the distance is reasonable to go to nearby plaza. Staff are Promptly in answering in service needs. room are Clean and tidy, stay in 2 bedrooms suite like home with great city view.Ease of parking problem in KL. Free sauna and great swimming pool. Being a suite, much better than staying in a hotel room and not too expensive. Walk straight out of the hotel into the shopping centre - plenty of options for meals. the location was amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the prices are good and a the apartment was large enough. I will definitely come back again. Loved the Cosmo's Theme Park right in the centre of the hotel and shopping centre. Also the staff are so friendly and help you with any querie you may have. The location. On top of a big shopping centre. The monorail at your doorstep. Many restaurants to choose from. Very big, but freezing cold, swimming pool. I like the service provided by Vicky & Saiful Islam for their hospitality...... Had a great stay..... Will definetely stay at the suite again..... The facility in the apartment we stayed in was just right for us. Beds were okay and living room and dining room was just right. The best is the privacy. The wifi is fast. Standing on the 34th floor and admiring the beautiful KL at night....wow marvellous. I like because it was right in middle of city and the monorail at the centre. Shopping in the Times Square mall is fantastic, as well as the nearby shops. I loved the rooms and the pool. We had a great view, a lovely bathroom and very comfortable beds. Very little , few problems with airconditioning for a few days , however , soon rectified by T Square and staff. Was not happy that accommodation had to be paid by cash and no facilities to cash travellers cheques.Would have rather paid by card ,. Just on arrival no porters to assist with luggage. Can't really think of one yet - maybe the "like" covered those "dislikes". No Phone in Room. Check in Process could be better, arrived @ 530pm, but wasnt meeting agent until 630pm - so was told I had to wait outside, I wasnt allowed on the premises, and also couldnt leave my luggage anywhere. So this policy is somewhat rediculous, but after the check on was complete.. I was not disappointed at all. 1. Tidak ada kemudahaan saperti bell boy untuk mengangkat barang barang saperti beg bakasi (luggage) semasa check in dan check out. 2. Towel for swimming tidak di sediakan. 3. Breakfast tidak di sediakan. Always the problem. Most staff don't speak English. Hope have new mattress for my next visit. No reception for suite guests, sorting out admin was a little bit ad-hoc. We were on the 34 th floor. The swimming pool staff did not give us pool towels. We had to bring our own, or bring the 2 towels from our bathroom which was very inconvenient. The massage booking system did not work. We booked for a certain time and when we came nobody was there, and they did not answer our phone calls. Kuala Lumpur is not friendly for foreign tourists. Signage is poor and when there are signboards they are not always in English. Their office is quite untidy and secluded. ..... Actually if we are tourist from a far away countries..... We may not get a good impression of them. We may be fearing dat we are goingto get conned. There are no TV in the rooms. We are used to watching TV to get us to sleep. The kitchen is tiny and not well furnished. The suite needs updating a bit. I wish I had more time to enjoy the facilities. No complimentary breakfast!!!. The sofa kinda of worn down but not too bad. no reception. Swimming pool was cold despite temp being 29 degrees celsius outside. Asked for pillows without feathers when i booked it online, but this was not acknowleged and too late before i realised pillows had duck feathers, so had to sleep without any, as i am allergic. not obvious instructions/ controls for controlling air conditioning in the room. Not quite sure who to call for room service. The wire trip and there was a short circuit. Reception not sure abt the booking. This is my first time under private booking with a person named Vicky. Person shld wait at the main lobby to welcome us and maybe held up our name for identification. furniture old. Master Bedroom - Bed head not properly secured to wall and give out noise when u turn on the bed. Bathroom floor water gathered and not flow out quickly. To pay for that price, the service should a bit more fast. The office is very far from the room. they don't have a reception but not big deal. Nothing. lack of enough kitchen equiptment like a salad bowl toaster and a hotplate/electric frypan. Can't see the front desk/ reception. لا يوجد. Baby cot not available. Telephone is not available in the room. Cooperation between the hotel and residence management is too bad . Hospitality to the hotel staff is NIL if you are staying in the Time square residence. ..including guards and concierge staff..its terrible experience. When we checked out the lady was very rude. We told her you couldn't get cabs out the front of the hotel but she didn't let us walk out of another exit (you need a pass to get through every exit and door, it's a very high level of security). She made us walk all the way through the shopping centre with very heavy luggage. We found her incredibly unfriendly.
