The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks. But what my husband and kids loved most is the variety of food (very affordable) available just around the corner. Taxis are anywhere. If I were to go to Malaysia and stay in KL again, I would definitely book at Hotel Imperial. Two-.
所有评语 » Location is superb, close to Bukit Bintang Monorail. All daily needs can be found around this hotel. Shopping malls, fast food, cafe, groceries store, food massage can be reached 5 minutes by walk. Highly recommended. The hotel was close to the cbd and their were many restaurants around the area. The hotel was clean, safe and the staff courteous and effective. We were happy with the hotel. I like the location of the hotel because it is very strategic. It is near to most popular shopping centre and also located in the middle of the city of Kuala Lumpur. location nearby lot 10,sungei wang,times square and pavilion just 15 minute walk and i like the room very clean nice place and veriety of food. Good place to stay. Its worth your money and good location. Very nice and helpful staff great location. The bathroom more than my expectations, it's divided into three section. No water spoil when we're taking a bath. Bed are so-so, but overall it's clean and comfortable. There's money changer inside this property. Many foods outside. Location is very good where we have easy access to foods and shopping centers. Comfortable Room size and nice bath room. Also we liked the location of Hotel. Near to shopping area and food area. Located walking distance to many restaurants and street vendors, particularly in the evening. Public transport is nearby, although massive construction at the end of the street is currently making it a little hard to walk to. Its very near bukit bintang. 24Hrs kfc is just 2mins away. Nightlife ia bustling. Good place for tourist. Nothing . Am sure will not consider this hotel for my next stay in KL. Air condition temperature in the room intermittently hot & cold. The old style tv can be upgraded to lcd or Plasma. No Astro channel in room & the check-out process took more than 15 minutes to be done. The taxi drivers out the front ripped us off and also dropped us at the wrong place. They did not use a meter and indicated that they were attached to the hotel. Taxi drivers had a difficult time finding the place. I dont really like the size of the service lifts in the hotel. It can only occupied about 4-5 people inside there with the average size of normal people. Cleanliness outside the hotel a bit down if you're picky. There is no Hair Dryer and no electric kettle (Tea/Coffee making facilities). Outside this property are so crowded, so difficult to park for taxi or any other vehicle. 1. No free WiFi. 2. No breakfast and room not supply with electric kettle. 3. No proper wardrobe to hang our clothings. Food / Restaurant / tea facility in Hotel was not available which made uncomfortable to us. Nothing. [1]Don't have Safe box [2]The bath shower water very small. Noisy street. Expencive and not too good internet, they allow to connect only one device. Even though location was great, the nearby MRT construction causing annoyance. low maintenance. Toilet, TV. Is a bit noisy because of the construction of underground work nearby. the toilet tiles got dirt the room lampshade got many dust. Room had no windows and was very musty smelling. Air-con circulated cigarette smoke from other areas of the hotel. Hot water took a good 5- minutes to come through. Nothing really except the aircon was faulty but they provided me with a fan n compensate monetarily. The wifi so slow even its pay. )Toilet window and toilet cover seat filthy dirty 2) Awoken by loud arguments and slamming of room door middle of the night. 3) No view from the window . 4) Not value for $. I have stayed in budget hotel along Bukit Bintang costing RM50 a nite for 2 single beds which comes with a bright n clean room and toilet. 5) Route to hotel and car park especially is difficult to detect .
