  The room is good and comfortable, equiped with almost all the necessity like body soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, vanity stuff and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable too! (we booked deluxe room) view was nice too... walking distance to KSL shopping mall.. breakfast was nice.. overall so many hotel we stayed in JB, this is the best hotel we stayed so far.. we love this hotel. Next stay will be Grand Paragon Hotel JB again...

Their 2 room apartment was very clean, comfortable. Ours was facing the waterfront. Beautiful! This apartment is highly recommended for families. But overall, given me a choice, I wouldnt mind coming back here for a go - The overall room was spacious with simple yet trendy design. I particularly like the beige/dark brown color scheme. The rooms were just nice and comfortable and well equipped. There were toothbrush, shaver and even cotton buds :) Breakfast was excellent. I love dim sum so I didn't taste other food. Overall experience was great. I wish I had more time to relax, enjoy the breakfast, the swimming pool etc. Would recommend this place for family day accommodation.

  The staffs were very helpful and friendly even though we had some technical problem during check in. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Tv channels are clear. - The room is clean, well organized. Room, great outdoor pool and relaxing ambient. F n b staff are well mannered too.
