The Zink in the bathroom was full of water and could´nt be emptied. Centre of town, good service and cosy room, just good.very good location in front of the bus station. The breakfast was a good choice. Location across the road from the station. Staff very helpful.Competent staff and good breakfast. the room was very clean and cosy. Excellent location directly opposite the train station and a short walk from the centre and many attractions.

Good breakfast. Good location. It was a nice, quiet room. It is fine for a night, clean and comfortable, room size was ok. As I had a room on the 6th floor the noise from outside was bearable. Very conveient location just opposite the main station. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was average. very comfortable bed, small rooms though. Breakfast was excellent.- Proximity to the train and bus station, and within 15 minutes walk to the city centre; Showers in the bathroom are good - they provide nice hot water but the shower cubicle is very small. Location is very good and just opposite of central train station. Staff at reception is very helpful.Breakfast was very good. Personal.Ease of booking and reasonable cancelling policy. Breakfast. I only stayed one night. Not much experience. The Internet facility was apparently not working and was not a complementary feature. The lift at the front of the hotel was somewhat time consuming when busy and at one point I abandoned it and walked down 5 flights of stairs!. Construction noise started late in the evening and continued till midnight. I complained to the reception desk but they told me they can do nothing about it. No coffee/tea facilities in room. This time the air conditioning device in my room was broken and I had to spend a rather cold night. The room is comfort but too small even for a single person. Note we are talking about a 4 stars hotel.the rooms are very small. The main down side to this hotel was the size of the room. It was extremely too small for 2 people. Barely no room to move. I would recommend only for single person.Some of the rooms are quite nice while others seem to still have some old furniture, uncomfortable beds and no natural light at all. The carpet in the rooms. They should be taken away, it is bad for people suffering from astma. The downside of being opposite the train station is that it gets a bit noisy. Beds were not good at all (matress much too soft.). Room was given to us very bed and deffinantely not on 4 stars standarts as they informed. Furnitures, looking building blank, dark and unlikable at room. Rooms were very small and restaurant too crowded with group to serve the other guests. Dark room, no air condition, no shampoo, body lotion, etc. They changed me thorugh my credit card as well after paying them in cash. Hotel rooms were too small for two people. my room was really small with a tiny bed. Blankets were only 1 meter 70 cm. Although I asked for a non-smoking room (before and after my arrival), no effort seemed to have been made to get me a non-smoking room after my arrival (I stayed thus in a smelly room during 3 nights). I find the price relatively high compared to other equivalent hotels around (e.g. Mercure) which were unfortunately already fully booked. Small bed in a tiny room (deluxe room?), poor maintenance, pathetic bathroom...
