Impeccably clean, comfortable, well-equipped, perfect location in the old town, as well as close (10mn walk) to the old ferry terminal so that it can also be a good base from which to do day trips on the Curonian spit (we stayed in Nida for a couple days before that and most places there are a tad overpriced).   We stayed at the Memel Hotel twice, with a break of two nights in between. The first night our room was adequate but we found the bed soft with uncomfortable pillows. The second time 3 nights later we had a much nicer room with a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast is suburb with a great selection. Location is excelent, you can reach old town just in 5 minutes by foot. Hotel is clean, staff very helpfull. Breakfast is very good - rich choise of both hot and cold dishes. Highly recomend this hotel!!!

She helped us with driving directions and made excellent recommendatons for visiting Nida and the rest of the Curonian Spit.   Wew were welcomed when we arrived in Klaipeda at around 1.00am. The hotel helped us to book a taxi from the airport which was a so helpful because we don't speak the local language. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful. Hotel room was clean and comfortable, despite the fact that the room was a rather small.
