I cannot say enough good things about this guest house, the owner and the staff!!! My thanks to all of them! For the purposes of my visit to Lebanon, this was the perfect place for me to have chosen to stay, and better than any hotel could have been. The friendly help and assistance and attention to all of my needs was outstanding, even down to running errands on my behalf, the owner acting as a personal tour guide, doing washing and ironing at no extra charge – magnificent. It allowed .
所有评语 » The guesthouse owners are very nice and warm people. They welcomed us in a very friendly way and offered us best service. The view is great. Room was clean , Comfortable and beds & cabinets have artistic paints. We went there last week Jan 6-9 and consider returning on Easter time to enjoy the walk in the pedestral area of old souk. What we mostz enjoyed was that location is very close to Juneh where you find great restaurants and shops. And we went from the house to jita grotto in 10 min by c. The place is amazing, surrounded by a garden area and a sea view room was everything we needed! Relaxing & romantic mood for couples, it is more recommended in spring/summer time. It is close to restaurants, pubs... The toilet was really unique made of rocks. It is a vintage hotel simply!!. I felt like I was at home with my family, I would highly recommend whoever is going on a trip to Lebanon to stay at the Old Souk Guest House, the environment is so friendly... Romantic. The view of this hotel is wonderful. clean, air cond., Safe box,free wi-fi . Thank you to all the staff... I felt like I was at home with my family, guest house people were so friendly and helpful.. I would highly recommend whoever is going on a trip to Lebanon to stay at the Old Souk Guest House, the environment is so friendly, cost effective and close to everything.. It's very quiet so ROMANTIC place for couples ; very close to Jounieh and it beside Kaslik its the best place to get a great HONEYMOON the view of mountains and the see was so exciting . Some of the room decoration, being in the old souk, and easy parking.Friendly staff did their best to look after us. Good location with great views. I liked the view of the hotel. Good location. ONLY the problem throughout Lebanon of unreliable electricity supply. Nothing major except connection that was a bit slow. Beds need maintenance, it is nice to add colorful bed-sheets to the rooms. There is nothing I didnt like about the Hotel.. Cleanness and confort. Building wasn't finished when we stayed, so sometimes no hot water, mud everywhere from builders, other services (TV, internet) only worked occasionally. We were there Christmas 2010 - I wouldn't return till at least summer 2011 based on the rate it seemed to be going. It is very small hotel with no sign and it is not at the main road so be prepared to carry your luggage and climb stairs to reach it. There is no reception and staff to help you only the owners. Plus, it is remote so if you would like to grab a sandwish you should take a taxi. In addition to that many things were broken when I was there like the safe and the flushing system. It was the dirtiest place I could think of staying,the bed was ugly full of some black stuffs dunno what...the bed sheets were yellow shades ...the white towels were grey in colour.the smell in the room was disgusting.i stayed all night scratching my body due to bed bugs.no toiletry stuffs in the bathroom and the toilet was so ugly...I Felt so disgusted that I put my bags there, came bk late at 1 am and checked out early at 7 am...could not bear it...such a rip off of my money...
