This is a great hotel, it is a hidden gem. The staff is so kind and will do their best to make your stay comfortable. I have been upgraded to a suite. I found it great... very comfortable, clean, trendy, made will high quality materials and finishing. The suite has 1.5 bathrooms. The bed is so comfortable and the TV channels are diverse and nice. Free WiFi is available in the hotel but the issue is that I had to use it in the sitting room as the signal was so weak in the bedroom. The mini bar w.

Loved the design, extremely friendly staff, check in - out 5mins, spacious rooms, very comfortable, very clean, great value for money and perfect location in the middle of down town Beirut, 2 mins walking from jemmayzi street (pubs and rests), 10 mins walking from the shopping area.. Best for leisure and business for the city lovers. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, checked-in in 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious and their design is great. Breakfast is simply awesome. Free parking and you get your car in 2 minutes. The hotel is close to the downtown for shopping and clubbing, close to the beach and 10 min away from the airport.. perfect deal!!!. - Saifi Suites is located at the entrance to a very nice quarter and overall very centrally. - High quality materials used, good workmanship and really nice interior design provides a good atmosphere. - Loved the breakfast. Superb glass works at the restaurants ceiling. Great cappuccino ... Great hotel, this is the second time I stay here and I will definitely come back. The view from the room was not nice (backyard with construction and high rise buildings. Another issue that might be important to you is that the curtains don't have a blackout which might be annoying for some travelors. Room service is over priced (food) !!. Absolutely nothing. - Placed directly next to a petrol station and with heavy construction next door, the immediate neighborhood is not really promising. Nothing. Nothing, everything was great :). Absolutely nothing. The air conditioner doesn't come on until the end of February and it would get very very hot in the room. Lack of swimming pool is a little drawback in the summer. Nothing. In the winter, if they days are hot, the rooms are too warm and there is no control to reduce the heater. There is a serious plumming problem that needs to be attended to by management. Whilst taking a warm shower, you suddenly get very hot water or very cold water and this can be harmful. The ac wasnt working. Told the reception but the hotel was full, couldn't do anything about it. Its winter now, but those spotlights generate quite the heatwave. more non-smoking floors. reaching the gym location specially during the winter, as it is located out of the hotel. No way to have breakfast in room before half past six in the morning Too much warm in the room Gym too small for a five stars hotel. Need a toilet brush. Construction around it so it would wake you up early Breakfast is not that impressive. breakfast very poor... In the restaurants downstairs they have a nice restaurant with selected clientele, but they should have a nice bar area serving cocktails... to be hip it's necessary. Improvements at entrance happened to take place at our stay, was a bit loud & dusty. I didn't like a reception girl who have a very fake smile , also I didn't like the gym its very poor. Hot water supply insufficient. The hotel needs a small shop for traveler needs. Breakfast was subpar for a hotel in this price range. Free shuttle to the airport would have been ideal. View outside our room was dismal. No pool. The breakfast could do with improvement. One lady had attitude. All others very pleasant. Nothing. nothing. vallet boy always not there. Breakfast could be better. For example, the fruit salad offered contained alcohol. So it wasnt suitable for us. parking might be an issue. No ability to change money at hotel. It didn't have a spa. breakfast very mediocre, staff at reception not terribly friendly, the hotel is at a terribly noisy location, with lots of traffic around it, and construction right in front of our window.. we would never go back, it hasnt been a relaxing stay!. - Loud construction work infront of the hotel. - Gym is located in another building, and is only open from 10AM - 10PM - Breakfast items very limited. - Room service left the room door ajar after making up the room. over priced and no respect to the groups at all.
