The staff was extraordinary!!!! Kim and Yoon went above and beyond any customer service to be expected. The room was impeccable, modern, clean and comfortable with extra amenities through out. Every comfort provided and staff very attentive. Spotlessly clean, under floor heating, iPad docking station, good wifi, huge range of toiletries. Short walk to shops, restaurants etc. perfect stopover hotel.
