  Everything about this hotel, rooms, staff, food was all right. Friendly, nice and helpful people. Good location, direct connection with the Incheon airport for ca. 15 $. - Proximity to COEX, the exhibition center and shopping mall.   I liked that is was so easy to get to from the airport just hop on the 6015 bus which was easy to find, and it takes you right to the hotel. This is important if you don't know Seoul and have just gotten off a long haul flight. Perfect location right at the airport bus express stop and close to the train station and Metro. Plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby as is a big market. Our room was clean and comfortable.   Stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Don't let the small alley fool you, this is a top-notch hotel right in the heart of the most prestigious part of Seoul. The Hotel looks very nice, all the interior is very neat and modern, very clean as well, felt like I was in a very high quality residence. My room was ninja cleaned every day regardl - Staff: The staff was very friendly and explained everything properly - how to use the laundry machine, how to use the computer, the tv, the spas, the wi-fi, etc. They even accompanied us to the limousine airport bus stop to make sure we would find it. They gave us maps of the city and suggested places to visit. Honestly, top notch excellent service. Amongst the best services I ever had. Room : The room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a jacuzzi and sets of cream, lotions, hair gels, etc.
