  Everything about this hotel, rooms, staff, food was all right. Friendly, nice and helpful people. Good location, direct connection with the Incheon airport for ca. 15 $. - Proximity to COEX, the exhibition center and shopping mall. CALT City Airport Terminal is also at walking distance where you can check-in. Very friendly staff.

  Very helpful front desk staff who kindly write Korean address to give taxi driver. Line 5 subway Seodaemun station 1 minute away with lift. Convenient to use airport train and transfer to Line 5. The cost for whole trip 3850 won with t money. Also a airport bus stop right in front of hotel. C11 convenient store & Out Back restaurant downstairs... 别人怎么说 » in the same building. Paris bakery next door. Many good restaurant and cafe within 10 minutes walking. Seoul station 15 minutes walk away. Most down - Comfortable room with a view, in the city center. Recommend!   Stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Don't let the small alley fool you, this is a top-notch hotel right in the heart of the most prestigious part of Seoul. The Hotel looks very nice, all the interior is very neat and modern, very clean as well, felt like I was in a very high quality residence. The staff are very nice and very helpful, speak English ... 别人怎么说 » pretty well at the lobby. Whenever I needed something they were able to help very quickly and efficiently. My room was ninja cleaned every day regardl - Staff: The staff was very friendly and explained everything properly - how to use the laundry machine, how to use the computer, the tv, the spas, the wi-fi, etc. They even accompanied us to the limousine airport bus stop to make sure we would find it. They gave us maps of the city and suggested places to visit. Honestly, top notch excellent service. Amongst the best services I ever had. Room : The room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a jacuzzi and sets of cream, lotions, hair gels, etc.
