The location in Myeongdong is excellent! Very close to shopping, restaurants, subway line 2, and an airport limousine bus stop. Liked the guest room security - must have a room keycard to access a guestroom floor. Also liked the rest area in B2 floor (2 free PCs, lots of tables & chairs, comfortable sofas, free coffee, and restrooms). Namdaemun is a leisurely 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Not too noisy. - Closed to subway stations for easy transport needs - Walking distance to Nandaemon, Namsan Tower. - Clean and courteous English speaking staffs - B2 lounge perfect for my tired legs with massage and coffee. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to shoppings mall areas and have a lot of Korean's restaurant, cafes, etc. They have international taxi services which is help us in knowing all attractions or areas in Seoul with english speaking driver. Great location suitable for shopping and food , also suitable for transport. Bathe tub included. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff are friendly despite knowing little english. Airport Limousine Bus stops in front of KEB Bank and takes about 5 mins walk to Hotel. Very convenient. Wait for Airport Limousine Bus at the same bus stop when going to Incheon Airport. Food outlets, convenient stores, bread stores and shopping are very near to Hotel. Rooms are very clean and security is OK. Need to have Room Card-Key to access to floors. 5 mins walk to Euljiro 1 Station and 10-15 mins walk to Myeongdong Station. Warm/Cold/Hot water are available out room corridor. the hotel just about 3-5 mins walk from Euljiro (1) train station. surrounded with shops bakery and restaurants which very convenience for me .The hotel is so kind to offer free wifi and hot drinks which make me a comfort stay for 5 nights. It is near the shopping area, and that it is only walking distance to the airport bus-top. only the free coffee at the lobby. Rooms were a little small and the bathtub partition covered only about one-fourth of the bathtub, so if you take a shower the floor outside the tub will get wet. - Smoke stained smell in room. The is too small for 3 people. The pillow is too soft. No breakfast included despite the price. Weak wifi connection in some rooms. Room was very squeezed up and we had barely any room for luggage. Bad designed shower. Everything gets wet when you shower. The room is far too small. The hotel does not have shower curtains equipped in bathrooms. Room quite small. Please be prepare to know all rooms are small. Difficult to move around if you do not arrange your belongings properly. Only 1 double-bed room available in this Hotel. Twin-bed room are slightly more expensive. The triple or quad sharing rooms are good for families or friends of 3 to 4 person. Hotel Main Entrance staircase are a bit problem for big luggages. the room is too small for 3 for us. we can hardy walk with our luggages placed on the floor. The staff wasn't very friendly to English speaking guests. 1.poor staff customer service. 2.printer was not working. 3.the room was small n congested. 4.only 1 door card was given n when i asked for another card,i was asked to pay.
