Oh it was a lovely property with virtually everything a business traveller would want the room is one of the best I have ever stayed air conditioning good as normally in winter most hotels experience the problem of not being able to control the ac it either becomes to hot or too cold this was the best experience for me further the mall next door is veri convenient n the itaewon tourist area and the seoul station all veri reachable in 15-20 minutes makes it an ideal place to stay.
所有评语 » Loved that they managed to offer free early check-in. The hotel location is excellent (airport bus service stops right in front of the hotel, connected to a mall and subway). Staff had good command of English and were always ready to offer help. Prompt replies when I enquired about something with the hotel via email. Design of the room was beautiful, especially the lounge chair by the window and the smart controls in the room. Fabulous hotel I liked everything starting from hotel atmosphere cleanliness facilities friendly staff nice view and location . I can't describe how amazing our stay in the hotel I recommend it for everybody and for me it's choice no 1 among hotels in Seoul . One of the best hotels I have seen in my live, the staff are very kindly and professionals they are always smiling and helpful. The room is very comfortable and quality. I really recommend this hotel. Outstanding, new hotel in the heart of Seoul. Friendly staff, great rooms, wonderful breakfast. Upgraded to amazing corner suite. Really, among the best hotels I have stayed at in Asia. Easy access to IFC Mall and Yeiodo Metro station via Hotel Elevator, really great breakfast, very helpful staff with very good English, really comfortable beds. Overall excellent hotel. Proximity to shopping mall & metro. First class & friendly service. Roof top grill was wonderful, expensive but worth it for the delicious cuisine & breathtaking view. The hotel was very good for staying as business way. But for tourism way the location wasn’t very good because its far away from the downtown and the shopping places. the most beautiful scenery looking over the river toward seoul tower.television in the bathroom mirror and the automated bidet.room is huge.polite and helpful staff. Excellent Service and they have a focus for details. Very attentive staff and the room condition is very good. As expected from Conrad Group of hotels. It is a really good luxurious hotel .The design and room decoration is good and comfortable. Also the staff are well-trained and friendly and helpful. Everything. Very luxury, extremely friendly and managed by professional staff, good choice of food, comfortable and it offers great value for money. The Hotel solve your most problem and questions, you don't have to worry about anything, they will help you up, you just have to ask them for help. It has a good electronic control system. It has good living and bedroom area. Good system in the bathroom. Excellent facilities! Great location with access to subway and shopping in the basement. It's a great hotel overall. They do offer free wifi in lobby so don't understand the logic why they need to charge for the same in the room for paying guest , I think this should be food for thought . Rest this is a perfect place . Having to pay for wi-fi. Wi-fi should be complimentary for hotel guests, especially in view of the room charge. Fairly limited choices for the breakfast buffet at Zest. Nothing. Nothing. Had to pay for Wi-Fi, but still not bad for the price. Mini bar prices & wi fi connection extortionate. The internet is not free, The location not for shopping. none. Location is not as near from the shopping areas, but can always catch a taxi. The bars and restaurants of the hotel is closed after 12 midnight and nowhere except the room you can have a drink after this time. Simply nothing. They want you pay the guarantee fee all the time. No arabic channel in television. We need more english movies channel to view. Problem i see is overcrowding at the breakfast restaurant on weekends which for business guests will be a real challenge! took us 30-40 minutes to get a table for breakfast! Ridiculous!. Not soundproof, a bit noisy from construction opposite and other guests above. It was full moon holiday in Korea as well, so it took us so long to wait for the check in. Cost, no WiFi included in the room. Waited long time for lift. The extras such as breakfast and mini bar are very expensive. Also there is a charge for the use of internet and no free wifi in the lobby area.
