The owner was very helpful in giving directions where to change money, explaining the map, where is the central bus station, what buses to take, and he helps in calling a taxi. The cost of taxi from airport to the hotel is approximately US $ 6.00 or 6,000 won depending on the traffic, it only took 6 minutes drive. Wi-fi connection in the room is excellent and fast. Good locality in Jeju city, easy for shopping and dining at walking distance. Friendly owner assisted us to park our rented cars. Good location near about airport/bus terminal/duty free/emart.Small but clear. Free Wifi.Boss can speak English. It is very clean and comfort. The staff was very friendly. I had a good time on Jeju Island. Nice and clean rooms for reasonable amount of money. A lot of korean restaurants around. A spacious room. Good heating. Quiet. With lift. Strategically located. It's nice hotel, very clean and convenient location, right in Jeju city. Good location, but outside is a little bit noisy. Location is good, transporation to airport within 10mins by bus. 10 mins to Jeju Bus Terminal. Very near to Airport...! And some of the tourist places in Jeju city. I love the place and location. towels too small. Small and narrow car parking area. No other staff can speak English besides owner himself. Too small and tough parking places. Old furnitures. Can't say anything bad. Maybe just some lack of English speakers on reception. The Staff do not speak English well, hence it was difficult to communicate in hotel matters, and ask for general directions for traveling in the area. The room isn't well lighted. a bit dim in some area of the room. The corridor of the hotel is dark. It is actually a motel and not a hotel. We were shocked and confused as we reached there for check-in. Far away from attraction place e.g. Jungmun The toilet shower and mirror broke and not fix. The room is not very clean and not very big. The air circulation in the room is bad. Run by a private small business owner, staff cannot speak english, neither look nice and professional, very old style of rooms. Hard to find by bus and taxi. No English spoken. No bath as promised.
