Korean Airlines (Mr. Kim in particular) did not miss a beat in getting me through customs and to curbside for Jake the hotel owner to pick me up and personally drive me to the hotel. I am visually impaired but it was like being able to see, considering the smooth transition. Jake was marvelous throughout my stay at the hotel. It's not the most luxurious hotel.
