  The staff was extraordinary!!!! Kim and Yoon went above and beyond any customer service to be expected. The room was impeccable, modern, clean and comfortable with extra amenities through out. The hotel was a stones throw from the subway, making its location very accessible to the city. The taxi ride to the airport was under 30 minutes.   I used this hotel for an overnight stay as my flight out to Russia was the following day. The hotel provides a shuttle bus which picked me up from Incheon Airport and took me in 15 minutes to the hotel. The room I got was very big and comfortable.
